Welcome to FM Serv, a leading provider of mobile technical services and facilities management solutions based in Warwickshire and serving clients across the UK. Our company was founded by Richard Carwithen, Managing Director, and Ian Elsworth, Operations Director, both of whom have over 20 years of experience in the industry. Together with Andrew Reeves, our Finance Director, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our business.
